Star striker, Lukian (right) is expected to be out of action for four to six weeks. The 27 year old Brazilian injured his hamstring during Friday night’s defeat against Port and is certain to miss the next two league matches – Suphanburi (A) on March 16th and Prachuap (H) on March 31st – and possibly the trips to Bangkok Utd and Sukhothai, early next month.
The ex-Pattaya Utd man impressed during pre season and has made an impact during the first three weeks of the season. He was responsible for setting up Kroerkrit’s equaliser against Buriram Utd – before getting himself a red card – and opened his own account last weekend, prior to being stretchered off midway through the second half.
The ex-Pattaya Utd man’s absence is a big blow to the Sharks, who find themselves next to bottom of the fledgling table, with just one point from three games.
